For everyone new here…All along the month of August, India yarn circle is giving an opportunity to knit and crochet designers to feature a design on our blog.
Each week we are going to promote an Indian Designer and one of their famous patterns with all the details about their journey and love for crafts, to the detail of the design and thought process.
Today we are featuring Nidhi Khatri of Getcrafty Designs
A quick Intro about Nidhi –
Nidhi has been crocheting for more than 5 years now and entered into crochet designing in 2023.
She is an IT Consultant by profession and enjoys Crocheting in her free time. She loves traveling and visit beautiful destinations.

Flabellate Skirt
PATTERN DETAILS
Flabellate means Fan. The bottom of the skirt fans out and give a superb unique flare to the skirt.
This is my first garment design. It has a unique vertical construction.
Simple repeatative pattern will keep you glued and you would want to finish the skirt asap.
Because it’s made to measure, you can choose any length and fit as per your like!
Ixora Top
PATTERN DETAILS
Ixora top is a feminine made to measure top.
The dainty flower details in the body and sleeves give the top very pretty look.
It’s a simple meditative repeat pattern and works up very quickly.
It’s made in panels which are then joined together and sleeves and edging is added at the end.
